Firmware Updates

All firmware updates for the FeiyuTech gimbals are performed through the Feiyu ON app, available in the Apple App Store or on Google Play. Simply start the app, pair your gimbal, and you will be prompted to update the firmware of your gimbal.

How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?

We guarantee your total satisfaction with Feiyu Tech products. New, sealed in the box items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Used products may only be returned if they are defective. Defective items will be replaced with an identical or similarly priced model after inspection by a qualified technician.

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for new or used products.

If you feel that your product is eligible for a warranty evaluation due to defect in its materials, operation or workmanship on arrival, please contact our team at: to receive an RMA and return shipping label.

Warranty or Defective Product Information

The Feiyu Tech products listed on this site are being sold by an authorized retailer and include a manufacturer’s one year warranty. If your product is defective upon arrival or develops an issue within the warranty period, please contact: to receive an RMA number. To ensure you have a valid warranty issue and to help get it resolved as quickly as possible please make sure your email and item falls within the following guidelines.

  • Product displays a manufacturer defect. Therefore it is not damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents resulting in broken gear.
  • Please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, product brand, and a brief description of the issue. Most importantly please attach photos of the item including the defective area. Requests must have pictures included in order to be processed.


Shipping Times

In general, orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship the same day. During busy periods or holidays, your order will ship within 24-48 hours.

Orders are shipped by Purolator from our Markham, Ontario warehouse.

Sale Items

If you see something on sale, don’t wait. Sale prices are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.

If we put an item on sale less than 30 days after you bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 30 days, and only if we have the same model and colour of the item that you originally purchased in stock.


Errors and Omissions

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. We make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate. We do, however, reserve the right to advise you of any errors prior to processing your invoice. If you are not willing to accept changes on these errors we will cancel your order. We also reserve the right to limit quantities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
